Shame is just a tactic to distract and detract from the power of the cross.

Shame is a trick. It’s a favorite tactic of the devil. Because of the cross, shame has already been defeated. Shame is just the enemy’s way of trying to get me to focus on my sin rather than on my Redeemer. He wants me to focus on my weakness rather than on the power of Jesus’ blood. You see, he doesn’t want us to understand or really believe in the power of the cross. He doesn’t want us to make the cross personal, and actually believe that He cancelled MY sin, even the ones I haven’t committed yet, once and for all. Not because of anything I’ve done, but because of who He is.
Once I understand the enemy’s scheme, my eyes are open and I’m no longer susceptible to the same old tricks.
Get Woke.
Wake up to the power of the cross! Regardless of how you FEEL, the moment you repent, your sin is GONE! Forgotten! Cancelled at Calvary with a power that lasts into all of eternity! Don’t accept shame. It’s a lie and a trick.
The Cross Triumphs Every Time.
